Nick began his career in construction early on in the fire protection field and has years of experience under his belt regarding construction management and client communication. Nick oversees all daily business activities, essential management employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects contracted with Oxford Building Company are completed on time, within the client’s budget and to the highest quality available in the industry.

As a veteran in the construction industry, James Violante is the one of the main elements that makes Oxford Building Company one of the most recognized and prolific general contractors in the New York area. Born and raised on Long Island, James has witnessed first-hand the transition of the area from small suburban towns to widely-developed, intricate cities. Not only has he experienced the development of Long Island, but serving as a proud member of the New York City Fire Department, has watched Manhattan expand vastly over the past few decades. With these constant developmental changes within the construction industry in mind, James established a company that could not only meet those needs, but one that would excel beyond the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in the industry itself.

Joe has over 30 year’s experience in the construction industry, which began in the fire protection field many years ago. He has been part of every task imaginable in the building process, and wanted to take his knowledge and skills to a higher level than solely one trade. Joe uses his years of hands-on experience to now manage the details of each and every Oxford Building Company project.

Natalie is a seasoned construction professional whom brings her years of skill and knowledge to Oxford Building Company. As Director of Project Management, she oversees a diverse range of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth process and successful build.

Liam has over 20 year’s experience in supervision, coordination, scheduling, site logistics, and project phasing, not to mention his extraordinary carpentry skills. He ensures the construction process is moving at a consistent pace, while maintaining the OxfordBC quality standard.
