  Recruitment Manager
Job Description :   
  • Oversee and implement all activities of staffing cycle ; employment advertisement, screening, interviewing, testing, coordinate with hiring department for interviewing appointment.
  • Establish relationship between external professional organizations and schools to develop and maintain full candidates pipeline.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
  • Other duties/ ad-hoc assignments.

 

Qualification :   
  • Bachelor /Master Degree with minimum 5 years experience in recruitment
  • Age 30-38 years old.
  • Strong communication skill and follow up skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Good personality, interpersonal relationship and strong leadership.
  • Good command in English
