Oversee and implement all activities of staffing cycle ; employment advertisement, screening, interviewing, testing, coordinate with hiring department for interviewing appointment.
Establish relationship between external professional organizations and schools to develop and maintain full candidates pipeline.
Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
Other duties/ ad-hoc assignments.
Qualification
:
Bachelor /Master Degree with minimum 5 years experience in recruitment
Age 30-38 years old.
Strong communication skill and follow up skills.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Good personality, interpersonal relationship and strong leadership.
