Description : |
- Liaise with customers and Sales team in order to obtain customer's requirements and to initiate new opportunities to introduce new products
- Assist customers in the application of new product in their process and provide technical support and advice as required
- Lead R&D team in development of new products and /or modification of products
- Ensure production and laboratory operations is carried out in compliance to required quality standards
- Manage daily operations of quality control and technical teams

| Qualification
: |
- Male or female, age over 33 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields.
- Strong technical background in paint or related chemical or specialty chemical industries
- Strong leadership and general management skill
- Self initiative, good customer service and sound business knowledge
- Good command of English
- Able to use Microsoft Offices Programs
