Description : |
- Identifies training needs of the agency channel based on sales performance records, observation and by networking with key people in the agency
- Develops and enhances training programs in terms of content and process to keep them relevant and responsive to the needs of the agency channel
- Conducts training programs in the areas of product knowledge, selling skills, sales management, and other related topics for all levels in the agency
- Provides reinforcement of training by conducting post course evaluation and monitoring performance of trainees in key result areas
- Mentors, coaches, trains other trainers and ensures that training standards are kept

| Qualification
: |
- Able to lead others, strong organizational skills, conceptual thinker, strong interpersonal skills, open to change, self driven
- Excellent training and facilitation skills
- Highly knowledgeable of the life insurance business
- Above average English proficiency
- Selling experience is an advantage
