Description : |
-
Provide application support to users in Sales, Finance and Production Departments on day to day basis
-
Perform user requirement analysis and translate such requirement into an application specification and/or technical designs
-
Liaise with HQ IT Department in Japan to modify/develop application to meet user's requirements
-
Resolve a problem and give advice to users to avoid recurring problems or a workaround before a problem can be fixed permanently |
| Qualification
: |
-
Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, IT, or related fields
-
1-3 years experience in application support of one or more of Oracle, SAP, Glovia systems preferably in SD, FI, ERP modules
-
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
-
Service minded and good interpersonal skill |
