To handle and supervise for all technical course training included training need analysis, training budget, training roadmap, training course setting, training course follow up etc.
To coordinate with plant managers and supervisors for the technical course setting and planning
To communicate and coordinate with local and international training institutes and organizations
Qualification
:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Development or related fields
At least 3 years experience in handling and supervise all training and development process especially technical courses training
Have a training professional with technical background preferably in power or related industries
Self starter with ability to lead people understand concepts, establish and manage a traditional educational institute environment
